Cleaning Services

There's no question that guests demand the best when arriving to their vacation rental home. Properties need to be fully cleaned and sanitized upon check-in and throughout the year. Nothing is overlooked at Prestige as we carry extremely high standards. Our processes remain very efficient as we inspect each property after cleaning and promote a thorough system of checks and balances. There are laundry facilities at all of our homes this ensures that linen and bath towels are properly cleaned and inspected. The goal with our Housekeeping department is to get the job done right the first time We offer a first-class cleaning service by our own in-home cleaning staff. Your home will be cleaned to a very high standard before and after your guest departure. The cleaning staff will leave a starter pack of soap, toilet tissue, kitchen roll, laundry detergent and bin liners at every clean.

Home Inspections/ Maintenance

Our team will inspect your home before and after guests leave to ensure all is ready for the arrival of a new guest. Inspections are carried out by our dedicated team. Proper maintenance of your vacation home is necessary to ensure the highest return on investment. Simply put, our guests will not be happy in a property that is distressed and not up-to-date with technology and design. This is a challenge with many owners of second homes. The Prestige team are quick to respond in any household situation. We treat issues as simple as a faulty light bulb and broken clothes washer to a utility problem with urgency. Unnecessary costs are eliminated as we don't charge ridiculous visitation fees and we seek approval from our homeowners for extreme costs for repair or replacement. The maintenance team possess many skills to handle a wide variety of jobs, from small to large. The Prestige maintenance team are individually licensed and trained in pool maintenance, carpet cleaning, painting/decorating and exterior care of your vacation home. We take pride in what we do and understand that routine maintenance is a must for up-keep of the rental properties we manage to ensure all homes are kept in great shape.

Pool Services

We offer a full weekly service by our professional pool care team. They will clean and maintain your pool. Your pool will be brushed, vacuumed and cleaned weekly. The chemical balance of the water will be checked on a weekly basis. Any repairs required to the pool equipment will be carried out by our pool care team and reported to the owner. The pool filtration system will be checked regularly, and filters cleaned on a weekly basis.

Garden Services

We offer a full lawn care service tailored to protect and maintain your lawns trees and shrubs and give your landscape the care it needs to stay looking great. Your weekly service is carried out by our professional lawn care company. Your home will be treated for pests both interior and exterior monthly.
