Each home will have a one-time clean fee. The amount will vary per size of the home and will be stated on each property page, when you click on Get Quote for any specific date searched or click on Book Now you will see the cost of the clean.

Our website will give you photos, information, pricing and availability calendars for any of our homes and the communities they are located in. When you get to the home page simply enter your dates and the number of bedrooms needed and all available homes will come up. Once you have chosen a home you can either reserve online through the website or you can reach reservations at the toll-free number at the top of any page.

Please understand that vacation homes are "self-catering" accommodations. The homes are supplied with one roll of toilet paper and one small hand soap per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, one dishwasher tab, a small liquid dish soap, a sponge and a roll of paper towels. Any additional items not stated above will need to be purchased as well as any personal items (food/condiments, shampoo/conditioner, bath soaps, laundry detergent/fabric softener, etc.) The homes are supplied with all linens and towels.

We do not allow any pets in any of our vacation properties (not even to visit) If you are found bringing pets into the homes you will charged from your security deposit.

In the "Amenities" section under each home it will state any extras that come with that home (game room, spa, big screen TV, etc.) and bedding arrangements. If it does not state a certain extra that you are looking for in the amenities section, it is not in the home but might be available to rent.
