I normally don't write reviews but since my decision to rent this home was based on previous renter reviews I felt obligated. The house is absolutely the most beautiful home yet that we have rented since coming to Florida 7 years ago. We always stay in a rental property for the privacy to really be able to enjoy your vacation. First, the house is exactly as pictured and immaculately cleaned. It is stocked with any and everything that you could possibly need or want. The layout is perfect for couples with or without children. The ability to enjoy the pool and hot tub without rear neighbors was very welcoming. (Even though I was too cheap to pay to heat the pool, my son still enjoyed himself in it). The beds were the biggest surprise of all. I am extremely happy about that since I bought my parents down for a Mothers Day getaway. So let's get to the real bonus of the home. It is the theater room.. Boy oh Boy did we all just love this room. Its sad to say that as close as the home is to the activities center, we never made it over there. We were absolutely in complete comfort in the home and made sure that our outside excursions didn't take to long. We all wanted to get back to the house, get comfy and watch some movies. Thank you for allowing us to rent your amazing home. We are already planning our next return.

We enjoyed staying in this home very much. Our family 0f 12 felt the home was spacious and clean. The heated pool was very fun for the kids to use after a day at the parks. The home is very close to Disney and convenient to shopping stores. The property manageer was always responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

A beautiful and quiet area, the villa, as well, was beautiful and relaxing. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and the main highways for easy and fast access to the surrounding attractions. We are looking forward to booking this villa again in the future, a great way to feel at home while on vacation.

This house is AMAZING.... All the years we have been coming to Windsor Hills this is by far the best one... TY
